Definition: The clitoris is an organ rich in nerve fibers that is found between the labia minora. It sits above the urinary orifice.

The clitoris is the major site of sexual stimulation in the female, and it is analogous to the male penis.

It has a visible head and shaft that lies beneath the skin. The clitoris swells with blood during sexual arousal, causing it to enlarge slightly.
