I happened to glance at my calendar today and realized that Thanksgiving is already next week!  I can't believe how fast November is going; before we know it, the holidays and the New Year will be here.  I love our traditional family Thanksgiving meal, but unfortunately, it's very high in fat, calories and sodium. I'm hoping to cook more of the meal - do you have any recipes for delicious, but healthy Thanksgiving meal side dishes?  Leave them in the comments!
