Because of the wide variety of issues associated with PCOS, each woman has her own fears and concerns. For some, it's not being able to get pregnant. For others, it's future health complications, and for still others, it's managing some of the annoying symptoms. While there is no cure for PCOS, there is an answer to all of those fears. Simple lifestyle changes that we should all probably be doing anyway regardless of whether we have PCOS, can reduce the risk of complications. There are even a number of over-the-counter, prescription and home remedies that are available to deal with hirsutism, acne and hair loss.
