This week on the PCOS forums, Tommy made a suggestion about dropping the old way of looking at exercise as boring and time consuming. He offers several suggestions on how to make exercise more fun, like a rowdy game of tag with your children, taking an aerobic dance class or riding your bike to work.
Personally, I recently started taking an adult gymnastics class. And let me tell you, muscles I didn't know I had were sore afterwards. A great cardio workout? Maybe not, but it sure beats weight training for hours at the gym.
