Caffeine Conundrum

Ladies, I've got more bad news for you. A recent study has shown that drinking more then 2 cups of caffeinated coffee per day can increase a woman's risk of miscarriage significantly. For those of you non-coffee drinkers, this can also mean chocolate and caffeinated teas. Before trying to conceive, it is a good idea to eliminate caffeine from your diet. If you are concerned about getting withdrawal headaches, try reducing the amount of caffeine you take in each day until you feel comfortable eliminating it all together.
