Time for Your Mammo

While breast cancer isn't a disease that specifically affects women with PCOS, it does affect millions of women each year. Which is why I want to take a moment to remind everyone to get their mammogram done, if necessary. If you aren't at the age where yearly mammograms are recommended, performing monthly breast self exams and seeing your gynecologist for routine clinical breast exams are both great ways to screen for breast cancer.
