So I have been at a total loss for new dinner recipes lately. I feel like I make the same few meals over and over again. Though I haven't heard any complaints from the rest of my family, I'm well, bored.
One of my favorite go-to recipes is not only easy, but incredibly healthy and delicious as well. I saute broccoli florets in garlic and and a little oil until it's slightly crispy, then throw in some chopped tomatoes. I let the tomatoes heat up and soften a bit, then season it with salt and pepper. Serve over whole grain pasta, israeli couscous or quinoa and it's done!
