Let's face it. No one likes being given a diagnosis. For women newly diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, wading through all of the information out there can be overwhelming. Luckily, there are 5 things that you can do today to help you minimize long term complications and start to feel better. In addition, find a physician who not only specializes in disorders of the endocrine system, but who you trust. Bring your list of questions and make sure you get answers. Talk to the doctor about your treatment goals and concerns and develop a treatment plan together. PCOS is definitely manageable!
