Maybe one of the easiest ways to relax, reduce stress and boost your health is to add yoga to your exercise routine. Not only does it aid in adding flexibility to your joints and muscles, but it can be great for clearing your mind. All that adds up to you feeling healthier both in mind and body. Try adding a yoga video or class once or twice a week. If you're up for something more challenging, try power yoga. In addition to building flexibility, you also get a great workout!

I agree, I think this is one of the best ways to healthy workouts especially weight loss. My wife and I took up Yoga together. We work out at home, it’s relaxing and we’ve both lost weight. Yeah, emotionally it’s been of a great help. We can now have a decent conversation with our teens without wanted to yell at them. :)
