The most common question I get asked is whether PCOS will impact a woman's ability to have a baby. While it may require a bit more work and help then women without PCOS, it still is possible. If you are having regular, monthly cycles, there is a good chance that you are ovulating and may be able to get pregnant on your own. However, if you are not having regular cycles or have been trying for many months without success, you may need some help from your ob/gyn or reproductive endocrinologist.
